At GeniusKidd, we want you to love what you ordered. Because all of our products are custom printed on demand, please review the following policy before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact us at geniuskidd2005@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Personalized Items The GeniusKidd Personalized Tee and any custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible at [your email] if you need to cancel.
